Long Over Due.

I haven't posted anything for over a year. I'm not sure where to start. Everything is going good for us. Danny is enjoying his first semester in the MBA program, while I am finishing up my last semester for my bachelors. It's hard to believe that we are almost done. Think about it...we start school when we're 5yrs old, so for as long as I can remember, I've always gone to school. I'm exited to start this next chapter in out lives.

Danny just excepted an internship at State Bank of Southern Utah working in thier apraisel office. He starts right away, so he should be pretty busy with that and school. I'm still doing an iternship fo the Leavitt Group, and I'm planning to go full time after graduation.

I think that about sums it up. It's a good thing no one reads this.

Birthday's

We went to St. George a few weeks ago for Danny's birthday as well as my moms. It was a lot of fun. Danny wanted a giant cookie instead of a cake, so I did my best. It was a little gooey, but it was my first attempt with a cookie that big, so I think it turned out pretty good!

Lately...

I Haven't wrote too much in awhile. I attribute this to the fact that I'm not a very good writer and every time I write something I delete it. The holidays are now over, and we're pretty bummed to be back in school (I am at least). I'm starting to feel really envious of girls in my ward who are done with school and get to be stay at home mom's. I guess I really just need to enjoy this time for what it is though. Time for us to enjoy being us. We aren't really ready to have kids yet, and it doesn't really make sense for me to be a "say at home adult"especially since I think the term people usually use for this is "looser".

I think we're really starting to like Cedar. I still don't think I would want to settle down here, but we've met some new friends, and we're having a good time.

Girls weekend

This weekend I went to salt lake to hang out with my mom and sisters. It was a lot of fun. We went to a craft fair, watched a girly flick, and I discovered my new favorite store. It's called hobby lobby. Only one drawback...I missed Danny.

When Danny makes the bed...

This is what happens when Danny makes the bed. He doesn't have the patience for decorative pillows, and usually I find myself thinking "meh, who really cares, it's just a bed." Besides it's pretty cute, and I'm just glad it's made at all.

Fun fun fun

My baby brother was in St George so we went down to spend time with the fam. It was a fun weekend. We went to the church to hit some golf balls. As usual I was pretty un coordinated (Ill blame it on my left handedness and trying to use right handed clubs). By the end if the weekend our stomachs were stuffed, and our car was painted, (some kid decorated our car when he couldn't find camis, don't worry this didn't make sense to us either) but hey, it was worth it.

What a goof!

This is just one example of why I love my husband. We went to St. George for danny's cousins wedding. While we were there we decided to make a quick stop at the DI. Danny picked out this beauty. Of course, something this awesome just HAS to be tried on!
